May 16, 2014 “No Greater Love” John 15:13

I love you friends and family, but Jesus loves you more! He laid down his life for you. “…no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends” (John 15:13), HSV.

May 7, 2014, “Blessing before Righteousness” Psalm 24:5

“He shall receive the blessing from the LORD and righteousness from the God of our salvation” Ps. 24:5. God is faithful to us that even in our sinful state, fallen short of His glory; He has blessed us by allowing Jesus to die for our sins, a blessing that none of us deserved; each morning new mercies we see; grace and mercy encamped around us. Now, righteousness will only be given to those who accept Jesus Christ as Savior.  So now you see, the blessing of the Lord comes even before you find your righteousness in Christ Jesus. HSV

May 1, 2014, “One Word” Galatians 5:14

“For all the law is fulfilled in one word…” Gal. 5:14. Love fulfilled the law. Therefore, if you are made perfect in love, which is in Christ Jesus; your faith surpasses the “Thou shall not…”  Also consider these fulfillments in “one word”: Jesus gives life, Jesus is God; salvation takes faith; sin wages death; lust produces corruption; light separates darkness. April 30, 2014, "The Work of the Lord" Philippians 2:13

April 29, 2014, "Receive Ye One Another" Romans 15:7

Receive ye one another with love. A sons of God, our identity is in Jesus Christ, which requires us to receive one another has Christ first had received us to the glory of God.  "Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God" (Romans 15:7). HSV

April 23, 2014 “Soul to Spirit Dialogue”

My soul does magnify the Lord and my spirit praise His name even death could not hold Him captive even in the grave He is Lord, we bless God for the spoken words captured in song, Luke 1:46-47. I pray that you too will be at a place in your spiritual walk with the Lord that your soul will have dialogue with your spirit to the praise the Lord. I urge you to command your soul to praise the Lord; like David, Psalm 103:1. HSV

April 22, 2014, “Your Spiritual DNA”

Do you know your true identity? May I tell you that your true identity is not found in the blood of your DNA as we are led to believe; but it is found in your spirit being.  You see man is so limited and the very existence of our being we are not able to touch or decipher.  Our body composition is made of up of three distinctive elements: body, soul, and spirit; and is in the reversed order from the inside out (spirit, soul, and body). For instance, let’s look at a three dimension coin; the dead center or the eye is where your spirit dwells, around your spirit is your soul, followed by your physical body. The essence of your being is in your spirit; it is “your spiritual DNA” and it’s found in Jesus Christ. The substances of your soul and spirit cannot be seen or touch likes your physical body. It is like unto the air we breathe and the wind that blows; Genesis 2: 7 tells us “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”  Communication with your spirit is governed by your soul; as your mind speaks to your soul. Transformation into our spirit being first takes place in recognizing who we are. Stay tuned, I in HIM Ministries, will be unfolding “your spiritual DNA.” It is time for us to know who we are (for we are first spiritual being without a body before we came into this world and we will live eternally as spirit- being); knowing your true identity will allow us to take care of our spirit; it is the only part of this physical body composition that will live on forever, so we need to know how to connection with our spirit being. Signs, wonders, miracles and the impossible takes place through your spirit by the Spirit of God; be blessed, HSV.

April 16, 2014, “Free Access” Matthew 3:16-17

To him who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and contends not, that He was brutalized, insulted, died, buried, risen and shall return as the reigning King of all kings, in all His glory, majesty, dominion and power. To him “Free Access” is given to the Father’s kingdom; because you are no longer born of the bondwoman, your identity has being changed to citizens of the Most High God; you are royal priesthood, a peculiar person and the inheritance of the Son is now transferrable to you. When Jesus was baptized according to Matthew 3:16-17; He “… went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: and behold, a voice out of the heavens said, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased." Because the Father is please with you, He has given you “free access” to His kingdom; therefore, walk steadfast, unmovable in that which is rightfully yours, in Jesus name. Don’t forget to tell others how they too can have “Free Access” to the kingdom of God. HSV

April 9, 2014, “The Mess is Up to You” Joshua 24:15

Let’s face the fact here, it is written - Psalm 51:5; that all of us we were born in sin and shaped in iniquity. From Adam and Eve experience in the Garden of Eden with the serpent, disorder has in intruded the human race.  Ever since then man has being trying fix this mess; but may I tell you this day that there is only one way to fix what is already broken from creation; and that is to commit your ways unto the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord has blessed us with: will, mind, body, soul, and spirit; so we have the ability to make good choices. As Joshua, so eloquently demanded the choice of his people; when he said, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side ...” (Joshua 24:15). Friends, the mess is already messed up. But God in HIS infinite wisdom has made provision for you and me; now it’s up to us to fix that mess, by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord. So there you have it, “The Mess is Up to You.” Fix it! If not, you will pay dearly with weeping and gnashing of teeth. HSV.

April 3, 2014, “Joseph’s Favor” Geneses 39:2 & 21

Today, may you find prosperity at the expense of others selling you out; may your pastures be greener than it was; all because your enemy tries to you bring you down.  Joseph was sold out by his very own flesh and blood, his brothers. He was sold to an Egyptian master with the intent that this would be the end of him; but who would have thought that Joseph would end up in the king’s (Pharaoh’s) place. You see, when the hand of the Lord is upon you, He makes your way prosperous and people from near and far will favor you. “The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master…and the Lord showed him mercy, and gave him favor…” (Gen. 39:2; 21).  I declare “Joseph’s Favor” over you. Others will take notice of you and want what you have. People will seek you out from near or far and grant you favors; because the hands of the Lord is upon you. Your ways will be prosperous in all that you do. Others will surround you and they too will be favored because of you. Walk today, in favor and prosperity because of Lord our God is with you. HSV

April 2, 2014, “Made to Laugh,” Psalm 126:2

There are times when the storms of life ripped laughter from some of our faces; it’s during these dry seasons our eyes tell, untold stories that no one can understand.  But in spite of all chaos around us, God has put His Spirit of laughter in our hearts. Genesis 21:6; Sarah said, “God has made me to laugh, so all that hear will laugh with me.” This was because she had given birth to Isaac, Abraham’s son at such an old age; it makes no difference at that which we laugh; because, “our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy...” (Psalm 126:2). Therefore, I encourage you to go forth and “make a feast of laughter,” Ecclesiastes 10:19; because you were “made to laugh.” HSV

April 1, 2014, I Prayed Your Protection” Psalm 91:4

March 31, 2014, “Blinded Minds” 2 Corinthians 4:4

For many us, we like to be in control of our destiny to the extent we rarely want to be corrected in anyway, even to the path of destruction. To him that is blind, he no longer depends on the sense of his eyes; but rather the sense of feeling is most keen to compensate for his blindness. To him that is unlearned in the truth of the Resurrected power; is in nowise, different from him who is blinded in the eyes; for he too, is blinded in the mind without the ability to comprehend the correct path. Paul an apostle of Jesus Christ, revealed this truth unto us that the “…god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them” (2 Corinthians 4:4). So then, if we are so adamant in who control our destiny; why don’t we first start from the breaking ground and have total control in first removing the blindness from our mind? It takes only a sip of the Crucified Lamb’s blood to heal our “blinded Minds.” Let’s drink from the fountain of life by calling on the name of the Lord. In that way light will shine and your path will be made clear. HSV

March 30, 2014 "Shall Not Beg For Bread," Psalm 37:25.
Take it from David, " I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread" (Psalm 37:25). Hear the word of the Lord, the righteous shall not suffer nor want any good thing. There is a raven on its way with your deliveries. Blessings! HSV

March 29, 2014 “The Weeping Word.” John 11:35

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…And the Word was made flesh and dwell among us” (John 1:1&14). In John 11:35, the shortest verse in the bible, tells us “Jesus wept” after the death of his friend Lazarus. In the same manner; Jesus, the “Weeping Word” is weeping over you and me because of the sin of death. Notwithstanding; Jesus has conqueror death, hell and the grave; but sin, a deadly poison has separated man form God unto the point of death. However, if you will receive the paid atonement at Calvary, by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior; then the “Weeping Word” of sorrow will become “Weeping Word” of joy over you. Receive Christ today, by asking Him to be your Lord. HSV

March 28, 2014, “Arise and Build” Nehemiah 2:20

In the beginning, heavenly council concluded on the likeness and image of man. To this end, God created us - in His image, both male and female created He them. As created beings, we must realize that we are created for a specific reason: God’s pleasure. Let’s look at Revelation 4:11 and see what it says; “Thou are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” Because we are created in the image and likeness of God; the blessed Redeemer and the Father above, have entrusted us or given us a mandate  here on earth to “Arise and Build” the kingdom of God. You have been called to be disciples for the kingdom of God; Matthew 28:19-20, commissioned us to go to the nation and teach them to observe the things of God. Today, let us be like Nehemiah, who enquired about the city he was from and found that it had being destroyed by the enemy. He prayed and arose to build the city (Jerusalem), God had promised to his forefathers. We too, have a City from which we once came, one not made with brick and mortar and not from this present world to rebuild. It’s the New Jerusalem. From the Garden of Eden experience the children of God has suffered violence; we have being tossed with the wind and waves; condemned, abused and accused. Our eyes have being filled and blinded with earthly lust. Today we are taking a stand and say no more to the accuser of the brethren. We are pulling down strongholds on earth as it is in heaven in the name of the Lord. People get ready in the name of Jesus, to the things that seems to hold us captive; I command them to be no more; those who are being deceived to be deceived no more; blinded eyes be though open; scales be removed; darkness becomes light; close doors be opened; open doors be shut; pressie pit be filed; mountains be removed; whatever the circumstances that stand in your way, I command them to flee now in Jesus name and never to return. Now receive your sight. Arise and build! Go forth in the name of Jesus, with boldness and declare the gospel of peace. Remember, you are not alone you have being sent by God, guided by Holy Spirit. He had promised never to leave you nor forsake you. The God of heaven will prosper your way. Arise and build in Jesus name! HSV

March 27, 2014, “Your Scarlet Line,” Joshua 2:18-21

As you go throughout your busy day; take a moment to show act of kindness to someone in need. For the kindness you show will be “your scarlet line” to victory. The story of Joshua’s two spies whom were mysteriously saved by Rehab the harlot after the king of Jericho pursued them; were let down by “her scarlet line” through her window upon the town wall of Jericho. This same “scarlet line” sealed a covenant between Rehab and the spies upon their return to possess the land. “Behold, when we come into the land, thou shalt bind this line of scarlet thread in the window which thou didst let us down by….according to your words, so be it. And she sent them away, and they departed; and she bound the scarlet line in the window” (Joshua 2:18-21). This assurance exist today, the kindness you show is a perpetual covenant between you and the Almighty God; for “inasmuch as you have done unto one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me;” says, the Lord of Host (Matthew 25:40). Therefore, by the same method or measure you use to show kindness and love unto thy brother (male or female, young or old) the same shall be counted unto you, because it is “your scarlet line” that plots the path to hidden treasures awaiting you. HSV

March 26, 2014. “Exaltation” Psalm 18:46

One song writer wrote, “praise the name of Jesus, He’s my rock, He’s my fortress, He’s my deliverer in Him will I trust, praise the name of Jesus.” I just want us the take a moment and praise the name of the Lord; let’s pause for a moment and recognize who our Father is. He is: Sovereign, Excellent, Invisible, Invincible, Immortal, Irrefutable, Infallible, Inconceivable, Immeasurable, Undeniable, Unforgettable, Undisputable, Unchangeable, Holy, Awesome, Majestic, Righteous, Just, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, and may I say, He is Indescribable; with tongues or words can no man express who Our God is; He is inexpressible. His name is Jesus, King of the Most High, Ancient of Days, Lamb of God, Alpha and Omega, Seed of Abraham, The First and the Last, The I AM, Bright and Morning Star, Conquering Lion of the tribe of Judea; Great High Priest, The Way, The Truth, The Life, The True Vine, The Author of Salvation, Bread of Heaven; The Beginning and the End, The Light of the World, Bridge over Trouble Water, The Anointed One, Mighty One, Holy One of Israel, El Shaddai, Immanuel…etc. I just feel like exalting the name of the Lord; for His mighty acts, for His excellent greatness; Oh praise ye the Lord! His mercies are unending, they are new every morning; great is His faithfulness towards us. Will someone join the Hallelujah band and shout Hallelujah! To the Most High God; “The LORD lives; let the God of my (our) salvation be exalted” (Ps. 18:46). Glorious Lord, we bless you, we magnify You, we praise Thee O Lord and may Your name be exalted in the earth. HSV

March 25, 2014; “Healing Virtue” Luke 6:19

This day, the Lord your God has declared healing and deliverance for you’re: soul, mind, body and spirit. Whatever your situation the “healing virtue” of Jesus Christ awaits you. “I the Lord thy God, I will be your shield and rock of offense; whosoever believeth in Me shall not be a shamed,” says the Lord of Host (Isa. 8:14; Romans 9:33). It was in this time many sought to touch Jesus, for out of Him went “healing virtue” and healed them all (Luke 6:19). Today is your day; the “healing virtue” of the Lord Jesus Christ is passing your way; reach out, touch him and receive your healing and deliverance, in this selfsame hour. March 24, 2014, “Your Feet Shall Break Their Necks” Joshua 10:24-25

A battle can only be won by the One who has the power to do so. I tell you not only the children of disobedience are afflicted, but the righteous faced similar if not greater afflictions. But I stand to tell you, that the Lord hears the cry of the righteous; and He will deliver you from all afflictions for the battle  you now face is not yours, but it’s the Lords. When Joshua fought Gibeon, according to Joshua 10; mighty kings hid themselves in the cave at Makkedah. These kings were trapped into the cave by Joshua’s command; they were later ordered to be taken from the cave and the captains of the men of war that was with Joshua was called to “come near, put your feet upon the necks of these kings” (Joshua 10:24). Today, I decree and declare to you that the necks of your enemies shall be broken with your feet; only “fear not, nor be dismayed, be strong and of good courage: for thus shall the LORD do to all your enemies against whom ye fight” (Joshua 10:25). HSV

March 23, 2014, “Heroes Caped; Saints Armored.” Ephesians 6:11-18

Superman and batman were few of your childhood TV characters and may have had you glued to your televisions. Today, you might not be watching these TV characters; but maybe your children are; or may have watched them at some point. For what reason(s) were your mind captivated by these characters? Oh, yes! I can hear your spellbound responses: their super powers; their abilities to conqueror and stand victorious. But where do they carry this power? Ah, ah! It’s in the cape! These caped heroes have you so hypnotized about their powers; that you probable spent money on getting these caped souvenirs and might be even caught in the fire debating which one is the greatest. But may I tell you that the saints of God can do far greater things than these caped heroes. Ephesians 6: 11, tells us to “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Saints of God, when you put on the armor (cloak or cape) of God, nothing can stand in your way. The scripture went into great details to tell us who we are up against “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places “Eph. 6:12; and how we can stand victorious, “Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand,” Eph. 6:13. Therefore, girt your lions with truth, shield your heart with righteousness; adorn your feet with the gospel of peace; protect your mind, body, soul and spirit with the shield of faith and eradicate all deceptions; cover your head with salvation; never forget your sword, carry it in your heart, which is the word of God; and to make certain all of these jewels stay in their rightful place; seal them with prayer by, “praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints,” Eph. 6:18. Blessings! HSV

March 22, 2014, “Peace with God”

Victorious and joyful life comes when one is at peace with God. Almighty God promised to keep you in perfect peace when your mind is stayed on HIM (Isa. 26:3).  Perfect peace begins with trusting God. You might ask; how does one trust in God? Trust in God roots from the vine of faith, believing in the Begotten Son; accepting Him as Absolute Lord of your life and develop an intimate relationship with Christ in reading his words and praying. The more you know of His everlasting love for you, you will begin to have confidence in His truth because the Holy Spirit will come in and water ever word of God that is planted in your heart. These words will begin to germinate and grow into solid trees planted by the rivers of water that will bring forth much fruit in its season. The truth is, “for everything there is a season…” (Ecc. 3:1). So when the seasons of life come up against you, they cannot harm or overcome you; because, seeds of truth and faith have already grown mighty and strong like “Cedar Trees in Lebanon” (Ezekiel 31). Seek peace with God today and you will forever live victoriously in this life and the life to come. HSV.

March 21, 2014 “The Past That Counts” Heb. 13:8

Often times we hear others say, “My past does not defines me;” that might be true to an extent. Because if one is change from an old man into a brand new creature in Jesus Christ; you no longer should be associated with former things. You see, old and new cannot mix, just like water and oil cannot mix, because of the polarity of the oil, it will always rise to the top. Jesus metaphorically, teaches us the same with garment and wineskins; He said, "no one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; otherwise the patch pulls away from it, the new from the old, and a worse tear results. No one puts new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the wine will burst the skins, and the wine is lost and the skins as well; but one puts new wine into fresh wineskins" (Mark 2:21-22). So when one is made new in Christ, truly their past does not defines them; because, the old and new has to be separated. But there is a “Past,” that seems insignificant to some of you and is uncommon to all men; a “Past that Counts” and lives on eternally, one that does not change, for “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Heb. 13:8). It is the Past of our blessed Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; Jesus death, burial, and resurrection that seals our salvation. You see no man can deny what took place at Calvary over 2000 years ago. It is the Past that makes up the believers DNA; that separates darkness from light; that seals our faith, which redeemed us into fellowship with the King of all kings; that showed us how much we are loved by our blessed Father, the Almighty God. So when you hear this statement, “my past does not define me,” think on “The Past that Counts.” Righteous and true you are in Jesus Christ. Blessings! HSV

March 20, 2014, “Laid foundation” 1 Corinthians 3:11

A builder, building a house must first excavation the ground so that the foundation can be laid. Without preparation and strong foundation the building cannot withstand terrains or disasters. But if; a foundation is built upon a rock and not quick sand, when the rain or storms of life comes, it will be able to withstand every hard rock hit it sustains. But a building, which is built on shaky grounds, will no wise cast down because it has force to stand on. Now, the foundation of salvation is laid by Jesus Christ; a foundation built on the “agape love” one that cannot be laid by no man; says the word of the Lord, “for other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ,” (1 Corinth. 3:11). Therefore, beloved; it is impossible for one to be saved except through Jesus Christ. Nothing else under the sun can bring salvation to man, unless he first acknowledge who Jesus is; by faith believing in His death, burial and resurrection. Salvation is built on one corner stone, the love of God which is Jesus Christ and anchored on pillows of: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Make sure your head is resting on the pillow of righteousness in Jesus Christ our blessed Lord. Blessings! HSV

March 19, 2014 “Fugitives! Come” Isa. 45:20

Fugitives are those without an abiding city; a wanderer in an unknown land. In days of old; scripture had revealed many fugitives upon the land for different reasons: David and his servants fled from Absalom; here he said to his servants, "arise and let us flee, for otherwise none of us will escape from Absalom. Go in haste, or he will overtake us quickly and bring down calamity on us and strike the city with the edge of the sword” (2 Samuel 15:13-15); Jacob fled from his brother Esau after he stole his birthright, (Gen. 35:1); “Jeroboam arose and fled because Solomon sought to put him to death” (1 Kings 11:40); “Moses fled from the presence of Pharaoh” Ex. 2:15. Needless to say, Adam fled from the presence of the Lord, after eaten the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden, Gen 3:9. So from the beginning of time man has being running as fugitives. But I have news for you, “the angels of the Lord encamped around them that fears the Him” (Ps. 34: 7). He will shelter you with a place of refuge. Like he did Mary and the young Child; for “now when they had gone, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, "Get up! Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you; for Herod is going to search for the Child to destroy Him" (Matthew 2:13). Didn’t the Lord promised to protect that which concern us. Jesus Christ came, died and rose again to direct us to a land of peace and rest. Like the prodigal son; I say unto you this day, "gather yourselves and come; draw near together, you fugitives of the nations; forbid those that have no knowledge, who carry about their wooden idol and pray to a god who cannot save” Isa. 45:20 (NASB). The Savior is speaking with arms open wide;” come unto me all he who labor and heavy laden and I will give you res” Matthew 28. There is rest in the Saviors love, refuse from being fugitives today and come to saving grace. HSV

March 18, 2014, “Answered Call” Psalm 91:15

Have you ever been in a position, where you call out to someone without an answer? Most time I would imagine the person didn’t hear the call or just blatantly wanting to ignore the one’s calling. Apparently, it is not so for “dead gods,” because they do not have the ability to conceive what is communicated to them. David told us, “idols of silver and gold, have mouths, but they cannot speak; ears they have but they cannot hear, eyes they have but they cannot see” Ps 115:4-6. But praise be to God of heaven, the only wise and invisible God whom can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities; the One who knows our every waking moments, the One who sees every shed tears, the One who is by our sides in the midnight hour, the One who never sleep or slumber. Behold! Our Almighty God has promised; “when he calls out to me, I will answer him. I will be with him when he is in trouble; I will rescue him and bring him honor” Psalm 91:15. What a sweet consolation from the word of God, who have created us in His image and didn’t stopped there, but left His heavenly throne and became flesh like we are, so that we can be redeemed into right fellowship with HIM. So without a doubt, our God answered when we call, for He also said it in another place, “before they call I will answer and while they are yet speaking I will hear,” Isa 65:24. I encourage you without hesitation to call upon the name of the Lord, for He has already answered your call. Blessings! HSV

March 17, 2014, "Blind Folders:" Time to remove them, Mark 8:18

“Do you have eyes, and not see, and do you have ears, and not hear” Mark 8:18? “Hear this, you foolish and senseless people, who have eyes but do not see, who have ears but do not hear:” Jer. 5:21, the coming to the Lord is near; make haste, set your eyes on things eternal; for within an unnoticeable second this world will pass away. Son of man, you who are living among a rebellious people, separate yourself from darkness and walk in the light: the light of the world is Jesus, John 8:12. For we seek the things we know not, our hearts are set on silver and gold of this world. Yes! They shimmer and shine beautifully; but these are blind folders we so immaculately adorn ourselves with. I urge you Son of man, remove these things from you; seek that which will last; make ready your soul for the returning King of kings. Hear O sinners, the cry of salvation rings bitterly in anguish and pain for impenitent soul, won’t you heed to the voice of salvation and make Jesus your Lord. Remove the blind folders that separate you from eternal life and walk in newest of life with Christ Jesus. Visit, iinhimministries.org, pray the salvation prayer and let us hear from you. Blessings!
